Roof Levels 6-8:

  • Concreting for new floors
  • ETFE Roof stubs and steelwork
  • 123 Type H Central Square curtain walling installation
  • 123 & 151 Installation of Sky Lobby Curtain Walling
  • MEP packaged plant and services installation

Cores / Plantrooms:

  • Core 2 staircore lighting
  • Existing sprinkler pump changeover works
  • Google Core 1 ground floor containment works

Expected impact to Building Residents:

  • High level noise during agreed Noisy Works Periods
  • Medium level noise in the Colonnade and Roof
  • Cladding operatives working outside Levels 1, 2 & 3
